Luke has big on-track plans for 2026 — and he’ll be combining them with a new role as an ambassador for the British Racing Drivers’ Club’s SuperStars Programme.
The programme was created by former F1 icon Damon Hill OBE and looks to develop the most promising young British drivers across all classes of racing.
Our Williams F1 Driver Academy star has been a member since 2022, winning the coveted Aston Martin Autosport BRDC Award that same year.
He is therefore fully aware of the benefits that it offers to young drivers about to turn professional, so will work with Programmes Director Andy Meyrick to help guide the next generation of racers.
“It’s a privilege to be asked to become a BRDC SuperStars ambassador,” Luke said, when reacting to the news.
“The British Racing Drivers’ Club has been a rock for me throughout my racing career. It has taken me from the bottom to the top.
“To be able to help the next generation as they come through, but also offer guidance and shed a bit of light of what it’s like to be on that journey having only recently come through the ranks myself, is great.
“Any help or assistance I can offer to the BRDC is something I’m happy to do, and I’m looking forward to pushing future British talent forward.”
